Crimbo Greetings

Belated merry xmas for a start. Hope Santa was generous :) I had a good wee Christmas. Didn't get up until 12 (the novelty of getting up at 7am has officially worn off) and when I did I came down to find the parents already up! What?! When have the adults ever been up before the kids on Christmas Day? Anyway, got some lovely wee prezzies, CD's, Twilight and some fun wee Tee's *happy face* :L Went to Auntie Bev's for a bit and saw the kids then set of to Nana's for Christmas Dinner, twas thee best! The Royale Family was, in a word, dreadful. It's positively the most frustrating programme on the planet. No-one is THAT stupid! Catherine Tate was, however, rather funny. Got home and completely abused the £15 iTunes voucher I got off my cousins :) fun times. So yah, it was good. Next mission: find somewhere to escape to at New Year. Can't bare staying home, i actually hate New Year. Desperately in need of a distraction!

I haven't slept in 4 nights. I'm writing this at the moment because I actually have to! I'm soooo tired that I'm falling asleep on the train so I need something to keep me awake until I get to college, then I can sleep for a whole hour before drama :) I just can't be arsed. I want to sleeeeppp! I want to sleep in my lovely, snuggly, warm, cozy bed and not have to get up at stupid o'clock in the morning to spend 3 hours walking around a bloody room!!! Meh, I need sleep, I NEED SLEEP! :(

I'm thinking of starting a new blog. Since it's a new start an' all.Now whether to start it now (that I've turned 18) or start it in the New Year, and if I do start another one, should I stick with BlogSpot or move to another site like livespaces or tumblr??? hmmmmm, decisions...

LONDON 2009!!!

Well London was amazing! Flew down on Friday morning and did some serious shopping when we got down there. Were gonna go to the Hard Rock Cafe for dinner but there was a 2 hour queue so we though "sack that" and went over to the Rock Shop. We bought some stuff and me and Jane became Hard Rock members. We got to go down to the Vault which is a wee rock museum and Jimmy (the vault man, who is also from Glasgow) was a good wee laugh. We went to Planet Hollywood for dinner, not before getting caught in the rain, which was quite good and got some t-shirts. Then we went back to the hotel coz it was peeing down.
Saturday rocked! We went to the Hard Rock for lunch and got to skip the ridiculous queue outside because of Jane's fabby membership. Had a fabby lunch and then went shopping, again. Had a hunt for Abercrombie and only realised we'd found it when we saw the queue round the corner. London is ridiculously busy at Christmas. No wonder people hate shopping when it's like that! Anyhoo, went into Abercrombie after waiting for 15 minutes and this place smells amazing. I burned my finger on their stupid display lights :( booo. So after all that I had to get something. Pretty hoodie was called for. Went to the theatre and were ripped off by the git of a taxi driver who charged us £15 to take us round the corner. Rat. Legally Blonde was amazing! Absolutely hilarious and Sheridan Smith is an amazing Elle. After the show we jumped into Tesco coz there wasn't a McDonald's nearby and we were hungry. Got a 12 pack of Krispy Kremes amongst various other extremely healthy snacks and met a nice wee Scottish man in the queue (who Jane is still convinced is English despite his ridiculously Scottish accent) and he gave us a tenner! Just for being Scottish. It gets you places I swear. National Scottish Discounts! We then went back to the hotel and had a mini rave :L
Sunday was home time booo! We had a good wee day. Went to Harrods (again) where we got some rockin' ice-cream. Upon leaving we encountered some protesters. They were screaming "Harrods sells real fur!" to which I hit back with "they also sell the best ice-cream in the world!" because it was true. Then we went and shopped some more!!! Then headed back to Victoria to get the train to Gatwick. Train ride ='d hilarious!!! I have never laughed so much and I have a sneaking feeling that we were annoying the surrounding people but who cares. It was fun.
So that was our London trips. A list of "I Can't believes" will follow . . .

The result of some boredom

As the title would suggest, I'm bored. In a good mood but bored never-the-less. Waiting on the bus home and my wee hands are so chilly. I'm loving my new timetable for college, only in one full day and that doesn't start til week 6! Woooo hoooo! Going home to plan my bday :) only two weeks away! Yasss, dunno where we're gonna go yet but I'll figure something out. Urgh, I'm so cold! I've become a twitter addict, it's not good. It's nod bad but it's not the best habit. Gonna go home, put my warmies on and surf the net for some bday ideas :) woot woot xx

On the one hand I'm happy because life is generally good :) finished all my college theory stuff, birthday in a couple of weeks, London next week. It all rockin' but on the other hand I STILL HAVE NO MONEY!!! It's all very sad :(

Ooh! went to see New Moon, not gonna say much coz it's one of those movies that if you give too much away and people haven't seen it you WILL get you eyes scratched out, but it is truly brilliant. Team Jacob FTW!

Tired :|

On the train on the way to college. I'm actually on the verge of falling asleep coz I'm sooo tired! Was at We Will Rock You last night and it was AMAZING! It's one of the best show I've seen. It was soo much fun. The cast were phenomenal even thought there was about 3 understudies on. The girl who was playing Scaramouche was an u/s and she was unbelievable! The entire audotorium were on they're feet at the end and no bloomin' wonder. Its on 'til january so I might go again. I recommend it to anyone and everyone!

My lack of money sucks

Ordered my dress for Legally Blonde yesterday, can't wait to get it. It's sooo pretty :) Been after it for ages and of course, it's pink!






I've been bouncing around a ton of sites and there's soooo many things that I want but I've got no money, it truly sucks :( There's about 10 things I want on GK, a load of dresses spread over missguided.co.uk, boohoo.com and topshop. I need more H&M strappies, coz you can never have too many. I have also seen some killer boots in River Island that I want but they're £140 so that's not gonna happen and I need new converse, just because I do and there's an Amplified t-shirt on truffleshuffle.com that I've had my beady eye on for weeks. My current bank balance. . .£16. Sad or what, plus I'm going to London in 3 weeks so that's going to be an EPIC fail if I've only got sixteen quid to spend. Boooooo! I really need a job. EMA doesn't come in fast enough *sobs*

There is more, I just can't be arsed anymore. So yeh I'm rather annoyed at this present moment in time, as all of the above (+ more) have been on my desktop shopping list for the past god-knows-how-long. I will get it all eventually but I guess these things take time. Hopefully I'll get a load of money for my birthday/Christmas. Here's hoping.

Welllll, HELP! College assessments are looming, scary stuff! Got 6 in one week, ok with most of them but I'm absolutely bricking it over Jazz. Logbooks? Forget it :S oh dear Gee, I'm screwed. Don't think about it Freya, just don't!
On a better note, going to see You Me At Six, We The Kings and Forever The Sickest Kids in March with my lovely friend Jane (whose xmas and birthday presents are now sorted I'm glad to say :) now to sort out Mel's). I'm loving getting EMA again, it makes me happy :)

OH! I am reading a book, yes, a book! It's the book version of "He's Just Not That Into You". Infuriating would be an understatement. Jane has let me borrow it coz she says it's the bible and every girl should read it. I think it's safe to say, she's right. I cannot believe the way boys minds work! How we're meant to figure any of this stuff out is unreal, they're a twisted species! I find myself reading said book through gritted teeth, but everything it says is true! I officially give up!
Anyhoooo, 4 WEEKS 'TIL LONDON, 5 WEEKS 'TIL MY 18TH!!! Can't believe I've had this blog nearly a year already, and this is my 100th post incidentally :) Woot! Go meeee!

Well screw this!

Today is Halloween. Should be a fun night, a night to spend dressing up and acting the fool with your besties. OOOOOOOHHH NOOO, not for me. First we were gonna go to a party of a friend of a friend but now we're not so for the past hour I've been rummaging through the piles of random tutu's and old dancing costumes to find something that I could wear to go to the QMU with Melissa only to be be told "NO! You're not going, you're not well enough" Fuck off, I'm fine! I am typing so fast right now with such rage that my fingers will probably feel all jellyish when I stop. It's a pain in the ass! I love Halloween but because my stupid family are all sick, they've gone and ruined it. Selfish? Maybe but just because they're not going out does that mean I can't?! WWWWHHHHYYYYYY? So now I'm gonna be stuck in all night ignoring the door (coz that's what we do now, I hate it. It's so rude and out of the spirit of things) and watching the X-Factor whilst cursing Jedward. FML, seriously. My family are the Ebeneezer Scrooges of Halloween. I mean we haven't even brought a freaking pumpkin this year!!! :@

What's been happening?

NOTHING!!! I've been sooo bored recently. Back at college after the October week and I've got soooo much homework to do! It's actually ridiculous. Halloween on Saturday and I'm doing nothing for it. First year ever that I've not dressed up. End of an ear some might say. Oh, that's meant to say era but I'm going to leave it as 'ear' coz it's quite a funny typo :L Easily amused. Went to see Green Day last Monday, it was AMAZING!!! Rather pissed off though coz Mum took the 4GB memory card out of my camera so I only had a 512 meg one which cut my recording time down from 2 hours to 8 minutes then to make matters worse, the battery died! Grr. So I used my BlackBerry to take photos, they're shit. I'm rather gutted but it was an amazing night and I'm sooooo going next time they come :) Also I ordered tickets for the Kerrang tour in February! Can't wait, All Time Low are headlining so it'll be faaaaab :D

West Side Story closed yesterday...boooo! It's been a great week and I'll miss everyone loads! The after party was such a laugh, didn't want to go home :/ Hope to see everyone really soon, will maybe do Disco Inferno. Here Ye, Here Ye

5th show of WSS today :) Last night was the best show so far. Played to half houses yesterday, credit crunch an' all that, but it was great. Looking forward to the rest of the week, we're pretty much sold out now. Tis gonna be gooood. John's in a good mood which makes everyone happy so yeh, it's going well :) Not taken as many photos as I'd like but that's sure to change in the next couple of days.
In other news, my Auntie Jane had a little baby boy yesterday called Joe. So welcome to the world Joe Thomas McIntosh. Can't wait to go see him, :) Congratulations!
Also in not so exciting news but still worth blogging about, I got my shiny new BlackBerry today. Can't for the life of me figure out how to work it but I'm sure I'll get there, lol.

WOW! Was at Hey Monday last night. They were amazing!!! Every Avenue were awesome too, totally brought the place down! Didn't realise how tiny King Tut's is but I like it. Cassadee was sick and apparently has been for a couple of weeks but you wouldn't have known, she totally owned it! It was Matt from Every Avenue's birthday as well so we all sang Happy Birthday to him. Was good. Another boring day...

Friday. Friday's are supposed to be good hence the term "Thank God It's FRIDAY!" it's why there's a restaurant named TGI Friday's! It's supposed to be a good day but this one is booooooring as hell! :( Even more boring than yesterday. I should be tidying my room but I can't bring myself to do it. It's in one of those half ass attempts at a mess. It can't even really be called a mess...more of an inconvenience. Found a bracelet from when I was about 7 that my Mum made me on holiday one year. Needless to say it no longer fits me as I had minuscule wrists back then so I'm using a safety pin to keep it on until I find a more permanent way of extending it. It's cute, forgot I had it :)

Well me being a newbie to the world of GK I kinda fucked up my order. Made one order without realising I'd only selected 1 item (twit) so I emailed to see if I'd be able to get both tee's posted out under the same order number to avoid paying double postage. I got back the usual wee email saying "we'll reply within the next 48 hours" I was like yass, that's me screwed. But literally like 1 minute later I got a very helpful e-mail from a Mr Todd Ross. Very helpful man, so he managed to sort out my ickle kerfuffle. Thank you Mr Ross :) Just thought I'd write a post about it coz I mean how many times do you experience half decent customer services let alone bloomin' brilliant ones? Well Done guysies :)

Some uselss info

So....I'm bored and I'm Ill and I want a BlackBerry. Random I know. Today is crap. Was on my way to college yesterday and I felt like utter crap so I got off the train at Bearsden and went home. The doc thought it was Swine flu coz I have all the classic symptoms but apparently I just have gastric flu. Don't really know what the diff is but hey ho. The point is I'm sick and I don't like it. So today's my day off anyway but it's insanely boring. I've probably got college work to be catching up on but I can't be arsed checking so instead I have resorted to Twitter, YouTube and internet shopping :) So much better than homework. Made my first Glamour Kills purchase this morning. I love exchange rates :) My order came to like $40 but then when I checked how much it was in GBP it was only £26, SCORE!!! So I'll be waiting patiently for that parcel to arrive :D I have decided that I want a BlackBerry or a Samsung Tocco lite, haven't decided which yet. Should really do that. I have also decided that I dislike Orange. The phone co' not the fruit nor colour, just to be clear. Their website is shit and I don't understand it, FAIL :@ It angers me. I can't believe it's October already!!! Crazy! Although this bodes to be a good month, going with my good friend Jane on Sunday to see Hey Monday, Every Avenue and some other folk at King Tut's then The following week is West Side Story then goind to see Green Day on the 19th and then it's good old Halloween!!! Someone had better be having a party!

ATL Videos!!!

Finally got my videos from Saturday night uploaded. Took all freaking day (no exaggeration) I had to go out so I left it running. Got back in 5 hours later, 2 uploads had been "aborted" and one had been processing for the best bart of 8 hours in total so I had to redo them all :( FAIL! But they're up now so I'm happy, didn't realise how good quality my camera was!!! Tres chuffed :)

OH EMM EFF GEEE!

All Time Low was amazing!!! Just to clarify…AMAZING!!! We got there and the queue was round the corner and up the street! By the time we got to the door it was still going round 2 corners and up one big ass hill! The gig was brilliant. Missed half of the Friday Night Boys and I can’t say that I’m gonna be a fan of the Audition tbh. All Time Low however, were amazing. So funny, soo pretty :) Caught a pick and got my CD signed. I’ve never had sooo much fun, THANK YOU JANE!!! It was the best night ever and I got some fabby pics. So now it’s like 2 am, my ears are still ringing and we’re in such a hyper mood! I feel absolutely terrible coz I’ve gone and fucking burnt Jane’s ticket (omg, soooo sorry) don’t ask how I managed it. All you need to know it was crumpled and me being the freaking genius that I am thought that straightener’s might do the trick. They did not and again, for that I AM SORRY!!! I now owe her 59 marshmallows. For future reference, if I ever suggest something stupid, ignore me completely. As if the words never left my great stupid gob. But all in all? Yeh good night :)

OK. As much as I love her, she does my tiny mind in. Whenever she leaves my house, I find my iTunes weirdly mucked up. Suddenly shuffle's on and, and, the volumes half down. I mean wtf, Jane!!! LEAVE IT. It confuses me and I can't cope with such drastic changes in my life! I mean when I go to play a fun, upbeat, "supposed to knock the house down" loud song and it's just like bleh...it's rather disappointing! Please Jane, just warn me at least :( That is all x

The return of the friday thing...

well the Saturday thing really considering that it was yesterday but hey ho. Does it really matter? :L Jane had a long weekend off Uni this week so her and Mel were up at mine til like midnight. We had fun reading daft magazines and screaming along to All Time Low. Can't believe it less than a week away :D Also had fun laughing at Twitter, the things people hit out with is rather hilarious sometimes. Got my hair all done yesterday too, loves it. Layers finally :L Anyhoo I shall update you when something more exciting happens. Probably won't be blogging til next Sunday. ATL updates and what not. Actually can't wait. Seriously?!

OK TV has hit an all-time low tonight. Seriously, we actually watched the Weakest Link instead of X-Factor because it was just soooooo bad!!! Why is it that they only show the weirdos when they come to Glasgow?! And it’s not just X-Factor that’s guilty of this, Britain’s Got Talent is just as bad if not worse!!! It’s shocking how bad they make Scotland look on these shows. Grr it annoys me. There’s some weird guy/girl with pink hair on it atm. (S)He’s not even from here and is on benefits (which we, the British public pay for) and goes out partying!!! God people anger me sometimes :@

College is gooodly.

Well as the title suggests, college is going well :) I’m really enjoying it and everyone’s lovely. In NCb (we sooo rule) and it’s such a laugh. All the lecturers are great and I’m enjoying every class now. Last week some of the classes were a bit sort of, wtf? But they’ve all be brilliant this week. Loving mine and Amie’s stick dance. Twas cool :L So big shout out to everyone in NCb, love you guys :)

I’m officially a Dance Student now, ooh aah :)

First day at college went welllllll! It was really good :) Started off in guidance which was basically just a class chat. Ballet’s a killer. we basically jumped for an hour solid. Crazy stuff but you can really feel yourself toning up. Give it a few weeks :) Drama was a good laugh. Really very funny. Everyone in the class is really nice and friendly. It’s gonna be a good course :)

Here Ye, Here Ye!

Wow! I’m majorly neglecting this blog aren’t I?! Tis shocking :O Oh My God! I cannot believe I start college tomorrow! It’s madness, I’m looking forward to it but I’m scared bloody shitless at the same time :/ I’m sure it’ll be fine though (hopefully). My room’s finally finished!!!!! It’s tres pretty, it’s all pink and lovely. It’s my little sanctuary where no-one’s allowed to annoy me. Not that that stops them from annoying me, grr. West Side Story rehearsals have been going for three weeks already! It’s only 7 weeks til the show. It’s gonna be amazing! I’m a shark, called Carmen, tis goodly :) Can’t wait to see/get my costume, I’m hoping it’s pretty. If it’s not I may cry. We’re re-doing Sing Sing Sing for Sammy’s Mum’s wedding as well. It should be good, there’s only a few of us doing it though and we’re only doing about half an hour instead of the full 2 hours. It’ should be a good night though. So that’s on Saturday. West Side Story

Wooooo! West Side Story rehearsals have started! Yup Yup, I’m really looking forward to it. I’ve never seen the movie (everyone thinks I’m sooo deprived) so I’ll need to do that but the stage show looks so much better from what I’ve seen on YouTube. An ingenious invention, YouTube. We’re playing at the King’s Theatre from the 12th – 17th of October. Can’t wait, it’s gonna be so good. Sharks all the way :)

Summer Holiday 2009

OK, First off I can only apologise for how long this post is. I really am very very sorry. If you can't be arsed reading it all then I'd go for just Saturday 25th, Tuesday and Friday. They're probably the only half interesting ones anyway, lol.


Saturday 25th July
4.44pm-Well we're here. Holy God. That's all I have to say. Turns out we've tried to get over here before but the ferry wasn't running coz the weather was bad.Mum had a brainwave on the road from Easedale as to where we're staying and she's no longer happy with the location decision either. Luing is a spit of land that honestly cannot be classed as an island! It's ridiculous. Also, I have no internet or phone signal so this blog will be getting posted when I get home in a week (hopefully).Although Mum wants to get an extra week somewhere, much to my dismay. I can't see myself hopping on a bus or trainhome mid-week! I've just been into the twin bedroom, it's tiny. The wardrobe isn't even a foot wide, OMG, lord save me. Everyone's in a stinky mood, mainly coz Murray's being an uncooperative shite and the dog won't shut up!There's a girl in the caravan next to us who's been wondering about for about 10 minutes solid holding her phoneup trying to find signal. It's like if you've not found it by now yer never gonna! I keep looking at the little blue square in the corner of my screen where my weather chart should be but it just says 'service not available' :( Makes me sad. I'm sitting outside with the dog coz he's only quiet if someone's sitting with him and due to the factMurray's being an uncooperative shite, the task has fallen to me. Jesus I never notice how much dust is on my screen until I'm sat outside with the sun shining on it, eewwww. OOHH!!! Jane text me this morning, and our All Time Low tickets have arrived. I guess that gives me something to look forward to when we get back. It's a nice sunny day but it's meant to rain tomorrow, it'd better not last long though or I'll actually cry. Wow, everyone's arriving today, that's 4 families now. It's a pain in the arse coz we've had to park right at the end of the site and cart everything from the car coz we can't bring the boat right in. There's not enough room for it, ha ha ha. Barney'sgot his eye on the dog across in the van in front of ours, it's a cute wee thing. Gorgeous wee border collie. Anyhoo, I'm gonna wrap it up just now, desperately running out of things to say and it's getting rather warm out here so I'm gonna head in. Will report back later x x
5.14pm-Grrr, the people in front of us are annoying me already! I don't even know why, well I do but they've not actually done anything. The guy hit his dog blaming it for his own idiocy coz he tripped over the dog's lead. I mean for god sake look where you're going! It's not the freaking dog's fault you can't see past your fat belly. Then he launched a massive bit of bread or something over the edge into the water. Ok fine birds might eat it but why do people just assume that the birds and animals will eat their leftovers? Use a bin you minger, so that's why they've annoyed me. They also have 2 annoying kids that are really really English and are playing football round the back of our caravan, spread yourselves out why don't ya! FS, people.
6.43pm-OK as ashamed as I am to admit it, this place is starting to grow on me. I don't know if it's coz it's just sunny but it's actually quite nice. It's peaceful and sunny so it's good, the only thing is that I'm a loud person so I have to whisper a lot. Although the dog's being really noisy so I guess that makes up for me. I think we're going out for a spin in the boat this evening. Dad's currently having fun splatting bluebottles against the window, nice +o( We went up to 'the bothy' which is basically a shed with a load of DVD's, books and games etc. It's like a baby library :L Anyhoo, best dash coz we're off out on said boat, bye bye x x

Sunday 26th July
4.16pm-So today has been rather...meh. We woke up to rain and dreariness. It peed down last night and was pretty damn windy and the boat got flooded so Dad spent ages this morning bailing water out of it. Everything got soaked and I literally mean everything. His binoculars are fecked as is a tonne of other stuff. We're just back from 'exploring the spit that is this 'island' which took all of an hour or something like that. There really is nothing here. Nothing. The height of excitement today was watching Sister Act over breakfast. It doesn't get old. HA! I just gave the dog some malt loaf and he's now downing his water for dear life! Aw, I feel bad. He is being a pain in the ass at the moment though. But hey. I can't think of anything else to say so I'm going to shut it now. Lol, byee x x

Monday 26th July
8.02pm-Today has been goooood. I buyed things :) Well Mum buyed things on my behalf, lol. We went to Oban which always turns into a spending spree coz there literally nothing else to do there. So we split from the men and went shopping. I got some groovy nail varnish from Barry M and some scarfs, a bag and some KILLER heels from the lovely new new look in Oban and a cute wee mini kilt from the Edinburgh Woolen Mill shop. We also got some nice food on the harbour. Barbequed crayfish tail salad with this lovely cocktaily sauce and dinky donuts with chocolate sauce to finish with. Rockin'. We also got food shopping but that's boring so I won't talk about that. I painted the dogs claws blue with my groovy new nail paint while Maw and Paw where in Aldi's. I now realise that could be classed as a bit mean considering Barney had no say in the matter and was in a state of fear anyway which I think I took advantage of. Oh yeh, Dad had scared the shit out of him not 5 minutes previous to me painting his claws by opening the fuel canisters for the boat. Poor thing. Also for the first time in 3 days I HAD PHONE SIGNAL :) :D :P Yey!!! We walked past a cafe that said free WiFi in the window which I wasn't chuffed about so next time we go to Oban I'll remember to take my laptop. One thing there isn't in Oban is a McDonalds! So odd, it's a tourist town, there's ALWAYS McDonald's in touist towns. I don't get it :S Anyhoo dinner's on the go and I'm waffling so I'm going to go. Byesies x x

Tuesday 28th July
5.05pm-Well, it's wet. Very Very wet. We went out this morning for a massive (with a capital F) walk. We went right up round the point of the island where I got phone signal!!! Woooooo, texted Holly from my misery. OK that's a bit harsh, it wasn't that bad. We were going to go to a pub at the Atlantic Bridge for lunch but they stopped serving half an hour before we got there, meh, so we ended up going to Easdale. It was OK I guess. We had prawn marie rose in baked potatoes which was nice then me and Mum went into the local tack shop. Oh My God, this place was like a taxidermist. It's was weird, there was cow and sheep skins on the walls which you could buy!!! And a stuffed seal, which you could buy!!! And several stuffed birds of pray and owls which, again, YOU COULD BUY!!! It was grotty, truly vile. This was theeeee shittiest shop I think I've ever stepped foot in. So now we're back at the van sheltering from the waterfall that is the great Scottish weather. Ooh! My wee desktop thermometer's back!!! It must be picking up signal from somewhere but I can't figure out where coz according to my connection finder there's no connections within connecting distance. Did you get that? I didn't, lol. OMG! We watched Marley and Me last night, it's hilarious but what's with the end? Seriously?! *SPOILER ALERT* What genius thought "I know, we'll kill him!" It's evil, I actually cried, and I don't cry at films. It was sad, they should put a warning on the box; 'To all dog owners, watch this movie at your own risk!' Anyhoo, I'm off. Byee x x

Wednesday 29th July
9.57pm-We're just in from an eventful day. We got up early this morning to go out on the boat. Headed out only to discover that it was insanely choppy. Horrible if I'm honest. Very sore and coz I was sitting up the front, every time the boat crashed down from the top of a wave I got the worst of it and it really hurt my back :( To the point where I was in tears, as was Mum but that's just coz she was scared shitless, lol. The dog wasn't having too much fun either. We stopped at Easdale for lunch at the Puffer Cafe. We've booked in for dinner tomorrow night. Had more baked potatoes lol. Everyone's sunburned and tired, even Barney. Aw he's found himself a girlfriend, it's cute. There's a wee golden retriever that belongs to the ferry man called Isla who Barney's taken a liking to. She's gorgeous but I think she's a bit young for him. She's only 2 and he's 11, Hmm. Yeh so in dog years he's 77 and she's 14, eeww. OK no that's wrong; but she is lovely. OH MY GOOOOOOODDDDDD, I'm sooo tired, it's ridiculous. I'm forcing myself to type here, it's crazy. We've been to the pub at the Atlantic Bridge called Tigh an Truish (House of the Trousers, don't ask) for dinner. I had mussels, well I stole Dad's and then steak and ale pie and then Rhubarb crumble. Twas goodums. So now we're back, back and tired, back and burned, back and somehow still slightly peckish on my part. Murray and Mum are playing a game of cards, god knows what it is and by the sounds of things neither of them are doing too well. The dog's being really weird at the moment, he decided it was time to play at 12.30 last night just after we'd all gone to bed. Lunatic animal, but we love him. Drawing pictures of what I can see on paint, this is ho bred and tired I am! Meh I could actually sleep it's unbelievable and it's only quarter past ten!!! Dear God I'm lame. Thursday 30th July
9.15pm-So we've just got back from Easdale where we went for dinner tonight at the Puffer. I'm playing a monotonous game of 21 with Murray, it's so monotonous that we've now given up. Mum and Dad are out with the hairy one (the dog btw). So today we went back to Oban where we bumped into Nicola Hood and Co and we also saw Miss Dunford. It's the most random place to meet people you know considering it's like a 2 hour drive but hey. Me and Murray spent most of the time texting people. We've been so deprived of signal that whenever we get any we're replying to all the texts we've got over the previous days coz we recieve them all at the same time. Tis maaaaaadnesss, but hey ho. Can't wait to get home though, to have my own bed, well matress and T.V and internet and constant phone signal. It sound really sad but if you use the phone as much as me then you'll understand how I feel. Mum's doing the whole "I only get these two weeks a year" thing to wangle another week and make us give in to her but it's not working. If anything it's just making us more determined to get the first train out of Oban straight back to Central. Anyhoo enough of the whinging, I'm off x x

Friday 31st July
1.48pm-Hellooooo! Well today's been...well...yeh. I was very comfy in my bed this morning before Dad came in to ask if I wanted to go out in the boat. The now waterlogged boat. I was nice and comfy and my back's still sore from the antice of Wednesday so my answer was, inevitably, eh...neh. So the fam went out whilst me and my woof stayed at the van. They said they'd be 3 hours or so, so I put on a DVD and started to do my nails, had some food ya know. So I'm quite happy having some me time, much like now, and about 5 minutes after I'd started having lunch the door opens and Murrays like "OH MY GOD It's windy out there!" I was like, oh for fuck sake get OUT!!! My me time now ruined all because they decided to come back 2 hours early. Their reason? The boat keeps filling up with water, which it does! They're all outside taking it out of the water at the moment. So I'm watching Sister Act 2 (again) so I'm gonna shut it and watch my mooovvvviieeeee :) Bye Bye x
4.48pm-Ooh spooky, my last post was exactly 3 hours ago, scary ha ha. Lol anyway, we're in Cullipool. Mum and Dad are stealing slate. God knows why but they are. My wee laptop's on a road trip. We're getting a Lobster. I hope it's as a pet and not dinner :( Meh, see if it's sitting beside me on the way back I'll cry. They're freaking ALIVE!!!!!!! :'( Mother can kill 'em. We've so far spent the afternoon watching Sister Act 2 and being bored really. It's a miserable day and I'm not in the mood to do anything. My desktop weather cahrt is telling me that it's sunny in Glasgow. Heffing typical. I cannot for the life of me believe that it's August tomorrow!!! It's madness. I really want to go home. If I have to spend another week out here I'll cry. I need my friends!!! I'm going slightly mad, OK 'slightly' is an understatement. Oh yeh, we found out why the boat kept filling up with water. Turns out there's a HUGE hole in the side of the hull. There was a crack but we must have hit something in it, my guess is a rock. Yeh so that's gonna take some fixing. I'm guessing it's Lobster for tea. There's not much else we can have now, but hey. This road's horrible, especially when you're not looking where you're going. Car sick much? Will blog some more when I get back coz this is making me all woozy.
5.56pm-OK so we're back at le van. Mum's preparing salad and stuff to eat with the lobsters. They'd better be good I swear or those poor things have died for no reason. OH! Mum wants to watch Marley and Me again. This is gonna be one depressing ass night. Death of 2 lobsters and a fictional dog, Yaldi. IT'S STILL RAINING :( today's just been miserable. You're probably depressed reading this but now you know how I feel. Meh, I'm running out of things to say just sitting around while Maw and Paw prepare dinner :( but I will blog later when the deed is done.

Saturday 1st August
12.47pm-EH, August??? Woah. Well we're en route home. We've just stopped at the Real Food Cafe in Tyndrum. Tis nice. I had half a chicken, yummy. So now we're on our way home. Key word here actually being HOME. Mum's all annoyed coz she's not getting another week. Well we're going home just now then her and Dad might go somewhere next week, not sure though. It's dreary and wet but I don't care, in little under 3 hours I'll have my own bed and a decent shower that has it's own water supply, yasss. No more adjusting the heat every 2 seconds. We're checking out some WigWam place. You can stay in them on holidays. OMG they look shit. HA! Mum's like, eh naw just turn around. Lolz. I bet she's gonna make us stop at like every holiday site on the road home. FS, can't she just drop it? Anyhoo, look on the positive Freya. I'm getting to go home, where my friends are and where I can watch good T.V and can use the phone without having to walk half way round and island!!! Woop Woop, :) happy.
2.58pm-Wooooooooooooo, Clydebank! Yaldi. Finally somewhere I recognise. Loch Lomond was a bit scary, very wet very windy (as in wine-dy, not win-dy) roads. Very fast cars, not a good combination. Only about half an hour 'til homeskis now :) yey. Having a shower when I get in. Little laptops battery is gonna die so I'm going to go. Bye Bye xx


CONCLUSION: The site was actually quite nice as was the family in the van in front of us. Murray continued to be an uncooperative shite all week, some things just don't change. I never did find any WiFi but I did find phone signal on a few occasions. Never thought I could miss my friends quite soo much but turns out I can. Terrestrial T.V really is awful. The news is just as depressing when you're on holiday as it is when you're at home. You find boring things a lot more interesting when you have nothing better to do. The bigger you get the smaller caravan beds get. It turns out lobsters don't like hot water and I really don't like cold water. Made a photobook from various school events i.e fright night, prom, fright night, edinburgh festival and fright night and I've come to find that Torrance is actually better than some places! Who'd have thunk. So that's that. Summer holiday '09 - DONE.

Holidays 2009

OK so we are currently in the process of packing everything for our holiday. We're going tomorrow to some god forsaken island off an island! Yeh, you need to get a ferry FROM an island to get to the island that we're staying on. OH! and there's only 7 caravans on the site we're staying on, and the only shop on the entire island is a newsagents! WTF?! I swear to god if they don't have WiFi and phone signal I'll die. I'm not chuffed with the decision of destination at all but as offspring, we have no say in the matter. I predict that a week of sheer hell awaits :( Mum wants to get an extra week somewhere else, I'm praying everywhere's fully booked coz I really don't wanna be bored for a fortnight and I have Apollo on the 5th anywhere. I'm realizing that this is more of a rant than a post but hey. So yeh not chuffed. I will update you daily (assuming Internet is available) and if not I shall write my posts on notebook then post them all up at the same time when I get back, see if I'm right or not :L So anyhoo, I'd better go get organised I guess :( meh

Lame asses!!!

Oh My God! How crap are we?! Last night was fun but rather odd. The norm for a sleepover at Jane's is go to sleep at 5.30/6am and get up at 12, but last night we actually couldn't be arsed. Fell asleep at half ONE! WTF, couldn't believe it, and we still got up at 12. Got up this morning and made cookies, we burned them lol. They tasted a bit weird and were making my tongue itch (don't ask) and I just happened to check the use by date, 3 days out of date, eeww. No wonder they tasted weird. But it was fun, we took ridiculous pictures which I'm yet to decide whether to post of not...meh...what the heck, I will :) So yaaahhh! That is all.

Slight hyperness is the cause of this post

Hee Hee, I'm at Jane's listening to Michael Jackson and trying to figure out where in the world you change to drive on the other side of the road (If you know the answer please comment) There's something about this house that has a extremely positive effect on. I just go hyper the second I walk in the door. maybe it's psychological, I dunno. We have 8 Bacardi breezers between us, I predict Me-2, Jane-6 especially considering she's downed one in the space of literally about 7 minutes :L muah ha ha!!! WTF?!

Euch! Just read my last post, how boring do I sound!!! OK So I'm now going to re-do it and leave the other one up so you can compare the two because this is going to be how the last one should have been if you get me? I dunno, anyway...

OK so getting hit by a car. I can't say that's the cleverest thing I've done in my life to be honest. I'd literally just stepped off the pavement and before I knew anything had happened I was on the ground. Landed flat on my arse with my arm in the weirdest position. I'm still finding it hard to believe nothing's broken! All my grazes are healing pretty well, the one on my arm's peeling rather nicely, sorry to share that with you. I did end up back at the hospital yesterday coz I have this weird feeling in my stomach, turns out it's a mixture of shock, concussion and internal bruising so nothing life threatening. But I'm hoping to get back to normal asap.

ALL TIME LOW!!!!! Oh Em Eff Geeeeeee!!! I honestly cannot believe the unexcited tone I posted about this in. I cannot wait! Jane introduced me to these wonderfully awesome guys music a couple of months back and I haven't stopped listening to them since. Loves 'em. I already have part of Jane's b-day prezzie planned out related to the aforementioned lovelies. Shit! I hope she's not reading this (Jane, if you're reading this ignore what I've just said, I eh...I lied!) So yeh, can't wait can't wait. If you've not heard their stuff, you really ought to!

Now compare this post with said previous and see the ridiculous difference, I promise from now on to put more emotion and feeling (same thing?) into my posts. I shall write with gusto and passion, oh shut up. Anyhoo, yeh that's me done, byah!

Update Update

Thought I'd give you a brief update from the life and times of Freya T. Ok so where did I leave things? London? yeh London. So possibly gonna try and get day tickets for Sister Act because it's truly AWESOME! What else? Ooh yah, got hit by a car on Thursday. Can't say that was fun to be honest. Been to see Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince, hilarious but skims over far too much! :@ (angry face) also going to see All Time Low with my lovely fairy friend Jane in September, should be heffing brilliant so can't wait for that. OMIGOD YOU GUYS!

Just booked filghts and hotel for my birthday weekend in December. Me, Melissa and Emma are hitting London in celebration of my 18th :) Should be a good wee weekend. Mum managed to wangle us a suite in a posh boutique hotel. Apparently it's where all the important business people stay (ooh, cheese baguettes!) Can't wait, it's gonna be soo good x x

At the Jashinators

Yo Yo! I'm at Jane's atm, she had a sleepover last night but Erin's already away home, wtf? Anyhoo, I just tend to stay places until I'm told to get the hell out lol :L I'm rather tired despite the fact i was a bit of a boring shite last night. Apparently I fell asleep at 2am, omg. Twas a fun night though, had a Chinese and Breezers. Was a total Michael Jackson marathon last night though, every single music channel was playing MJ's greatest hits, It's only when you hear all his songs back to back that you realize how many you actually do know, was a bit of a revelation. The man could dance, jeesoo. No we are just chilaxin'. Jane's depressed coz she can't find her All Time Low CD and thinks that it's lying smashed up somewhere on the floor. I'm not sure she realises how hard it is to actually smash a CD but hey ho. I'm sure it's still alive though. My foot's sore :( Anyhoo, I really can't think of anything else to write so TTFN.

St Andrew's '09 woot!

Yeeeeyeeeee!!! Jane and I went to St Andrew's yesterday after a long while of talking about it. It was a goodly day. Got the coach which took like 3 hours which I couldn't understand but hey and met (in jane's words) "an interesting pair of boys" who were rather odd I must say. When we got there we bought kites and Jane got a bouncy ball quickly naming it Twirly, it's a girl by the way :L We had amazing nachos for lunch at the Victoria pub which was rather nice even though Jashby comletely trashed on side of them. She had a MASSIVE fish supper to follow and I settled for a club sandwich, mainly coz I couldn't afford spending nearly 9 quid on a steak and ale pie. Headed to the beach where we set up our kites, mine flew :) Jane's was just being rather demented. No matter what we did with it it just spun round in circles :L It was like it was rebelling "Nah, I don't wanna fly so f*ck...off!". But still, twas a good wee day, shall definitely do it again :) Fairies on tour!!! Yassss

Prom

Woot, was prom last night. Was rather goodly although the DJ was shite and the food was only just edible but it was a good laugh. Got caught in the rain waiting on a taxi so we took shelter in the entrance of American Apparel. Can't believe how many photos I took, tis rather ridiculous. OH! We had 2 limos at one point as well. Dad cancelled the one that I'd booked but it hadn't been cancelled on the company's end, so the one Melissa booked turned up and then the one we booked turned up about 15 minutes later, I have to say mine was so much nicer but hey it was still a good night either way. I did feel kinda sorry for the we limo guy having to go home with no money for that night but they should have cancelled it, fanny's. Lol so yeh, twas a goodly night :)

June is flyin around everywhere

What is this like the 2nd week of the month or something? Yeh, so what's happened so far? *checks phone calendar* Ok, so on the 6th we had Dancing rehearsal, Campsie Show and John's party. I think I've probably updated y'all on the majority of this but I shall summarize: Dancing rehearsal: Went ok, was a good laugh but highly tiring. Campsie Show: not attended by yours truly and it was PISHING half the day so I really wasn't all that bothered in the end. John's party: A puke fest but once the police had graced us with their presence it calmed down coz the majority of trashers had gone away. Spent about an hour at Jane's after then had to walk home (twas a chilly night and I didn't have a jacket). So that's June 6th. What's next??? June 7th - West Side Story auditions. Well this was ok I guess. Took forever with a capital 'F'. I think we were there a grand total of 4 hours! Ridiculous, Me and Mel both got in though so it's coolies. Traipsed back to Queen's St station and had a BK to quench the hunger. June 8th - Death day. Oh My holy freaking God!!! I never *touches wood* get sick, but I doubt anyone has ever been as sick as I was on Monday. Damn Burger King!!!!! Have written a post warning y'all about the implications/consequences of eating Burger Kings, let's just hope you take heed. June 10th - So this was the night of our dancing dress rehearsal. 5 of us were there, I've probably written a post about this as well but, summarizing never-the-less. 5 out of 13!!! It was a bit of a shambles but hey ho what can you do when the majority of the class (including the people you copy) are missing? Hmmm? So yeh it didn't go as well as it probably could have. Moving onto June 11th - First night of actual shows. My Mum and Nana came to see la show. Ooh, earlier on in the day I'd been up to the shop to get my fringeeee chopped back in and my Mum did a hair trial for prom as well. So yeh anyway, Show. . .It was, erm, bad. Ok that's a bit harsh it was not good. Mum + Nana thought it was brilliant though which I find odd because Mum normally dreads these things, or at least that's what she make out so I really am not sure but the two of them were very complementary of everything. I found that kinda frightening to be honest. So anyhoo, Today (June 12th) - I'm at le primaire school this afternoon then I've got to bolt home and straighten my hair, (ish) in order fo it to be at all manageable tonight, which will probably take the best part of 2 hours and enough heat to power the Empire State Building. I've spent the morning typing out a dance that I've used like 3 times and will probably never use again, so my efforts have been in vain. Have also been writing out certificates, got half way through and just started putting random names on them. I can no longer put faces to names so half of them will probably be given to kids who don't even deserve them but hey! If it'll make 'em feel good, what le heck?!

Holy Jees, this is one hell of a post, I think I'm gonna stop before I rob the world of letters, lol.

BURGER KING IS EVIL!!! Had a BK on Saturday (and Sunday, but the Saturday one is the more significant of the two) and it's given me freakin food poisoning :@ I don't think I've ever, in my entire life, been as ill as I was yesterday. I didn't eat all day and I'm under strict instruction not to eat anything today either. I've definitely lost weight, lol. I don't know how or why bulimics do it. Like yesterday, I was thinking about the film Mom at sixteen and voila, it was on that day. Saturday June 6th '09

Well the tanoys are ringing loud and clear and for the first time in a good few years, it's a chilly day for the Campsie show. The sun's trying to come out but I'm kind of hoping it doesn't. Don't want it to be too warn coz I'm at dancing all day. Gutted I can't go to the Campsie show though. Was gonna go with Jane but she's not going 'til 2 so I doubt I'll be going alone, lol. Sad little loner Freya wandering around a field by herself lol. Might just get the bus into B.Briggs and jump into Superdrug, get some make up. I'm in the mood for ridiculous Barry M stuff (even though I'm allergic to the stuff), it's just all so colourful :L Anyhoo, I shall shoottee. Not really got much to talk about.

One day in and Big Brother's annoying me already. It's taking up valuable One Tree Hill/Gilmore Girls air time with it's stupid E4 repeats :@ Verrry grumph making. (Slight MacGillivray-ism there). We're not long back from Gran's, twas her birthday today so we all went round to hers for a Chinese, twas yummy :) Campsie Show tomorrow. Wish I could go but it's my dumb dancing rehearsal. I kinda need to go coz only 4 of the class are gonna be at the dress rehearsal. Out of a class of 13, 8 have their prom and I have West Side Story dance auditions at Apollo, so Debbie will be absolutely climbing the walls. Can't be bothered going to bed even though I know I should really but it just seems like too much hassle :/ Me and Jane might be going to St Andrew's on Monday, providing the weather holds out. It was a bit pishy today and tomorrows forecast doesn't look too good either, joyful :( John's party tomorrow, WOOP!!! Should be goodly. Still yet to figure out how I'm going to get these 24 cans of Relentless down to his house but you know what they say, where there's a will there's a way. Not really got the will part yet, but I'm sure I will have it by tomorrow night (here's hoping) lol. It's only really just sunk in that we are actually going to see Legally Blonde on opening night. I was like Oh...My...GOD!!! Tis truly a fabulous thought :L [am currently wondering why this site doesn't display smilies, it should] Excuse the tangent but this is one of those posts where I try and cram in as much as possible and as many of the "I really should write a post about this" thoughts as possible before I forget, hence the slight randomness of it all. Sing Sing Sing

It was goodly! I wasn't too chuffed at the prospect of missing the Britain's got Talent final but I'm over it I think. I was a good day yesterday. Trekking down to Tesco express was a laugh and a half. Me, Sammy-Jo and Charmaine are dangerous when together and hyper, lol. Especially loved the cast picnic on the bridge, it truly rocked. Apollo holidays should totally happen, they'd be amazing! Was good seeing Emma again, not seen her in FOREVER, it's wrong! I have moved all the boxes that have been cluttering up the landing for the past fortnight into my room. The joiner's coming tomorrow to do my wardrobe so I needed to clear space. There's some evil children outside (both front and back) screaming and shouting and crying and arguing and I wish they'd all just shut up because it's a nice sunny day and they're currently ruining it. Going to Costco tomorrow with Jane to get John's birthday prezzie. Jane's already got him 16 cans of Miller so I'm going in to get him a crate of Relentless and some chuppa chups. Yaldi. Result

Sing Sing Sing, can you believe it, wasn't a disaster. It actually went really quite well. The venue is absolutely crap but the show wasn't too bad. The fact that it was a roasting hot day yesterday didn't help matters, everyone was slowly dying. We were out in out 'beer garden' as Lauren put it, as often as we could be. I must say I absolutely LOVE my Grease costume, I'm gonna see if I can keep it :) It's so cute. I didn't take any photos yesterday which I find worrying, not a-one. So I'm hoping to make up for it today. We've got 2 shows so I should get a sufficient number of photygaffs :) Anyhoo, shall report back later.

Friday 29th May

Today's going to be pretty hectic as of 12.45pm. I'm at the primary from 1 til 3 and then have to get the 3.30 bus into town in order to be at Adelaide's for 5 to get a run through of Sing Sing Sing in before the show actually starts. Plus on the way to Adelaide's, I need to find tan tights (me thinks Spar may have some) and possibly a different top for Grease, peach tops are extremely hard to get a hold of. It's unreal.I honestly can't be bothered doing this tonight, we have 2 shows tomorrow, a matinee and an evening. I think that may kill me. Then I have my dancing display a fortnight yesterday so that'll be a laugh. There's 13 of us in our class but only 5 of us are going to the dress rehearsal coz it's the same night as the Turnbull prom. Should be a shambles if all goes well, if it goes wrong it'll just be a disaster :( Not really looking forward to it to be honest. I've been told that me and another girls in my highland class have to do a 6 step fling, not only have we not yet gone over this, we've never bloody well learned it! I don't know how she expects us to do it :S Getting slightly worried. Meh. Anyhoo, I must dash, we can't keep the infants of Torrance waiting now can we :L

I'm in one of those moods today where I can't be bothered doing a damn thing. I know I should get off my behind and do my room but I honestly cannot motivate myself to do anything. I had a horrible sleep last night coz I ended up sleeping on the floor coz I just couldn't get comfy on the sofa. This is probably part of the reason why I can't be bothered doing anything. Meh we shall see. OH! I forgot to update on Apollo Antics last night :$ Well it went better than on Wednesday, everyone was in a good mood, probably because of Rangers winning the league, but no matter what the reason it was good moods all round. It's not looking like such a disaster as it was on Wednesday either which is goodly I guess :) So that's that.

Ooh Aah, funny wee nighty night last nighty night. Was having an arse around with Jane (again). I think somewhere in her ickle mean head she was determined to make me ill on the tyre swing +o( this is Nicht so gutd (spelling, really probably isn't right). I've got Apollo later on, Oh the Joys. It's really not going fabulously at the moment. This next show, I can see being a complete disaster. Really need to get our act together and bring some people down a peg or two. As predicted...

A little later than predicted but never-the-less, still predicted. I have in fact, contrary to previous post, made a start on my room. I'm actually sorting my clothes out into keep and toss piles. It's going quite well actually. Granted I've avoided the stuff I can't decide on but I've got through the majority. Also am feeling rather studenty as I've just told Jane via the mess'n (MSN). And as I said to her, 'I shall be tellin ya why' (I think that sounds rather piratey). I'm sitting in a very messy room with an incredibly studenty hat on. My laptop in on top of a cardboard bow with a can of coke beside it an I just think it all feels rather studenty, there's really no GOOD reason why though. Me harteys. OH! Not forgetting the used dinner plate, charming. I've also grafittied my wall. Properly. With spray paint. Black, pink and gold. It rocks. Granted it is just my name, but my imagination lacks somewhat when it comes to stuff like that, lols. I did, however, include a star. I really don't know why that matters to be honest. Should really get back to the wardrobe sorting :/

This is boring

I'm tidying my room at the moment. Actually, that's a completely blatant lie. I say tidying but what I really mean is sitting in the bombsite I call my room, talking on MSN whilst THINKING ABOUT tidying. It's a time old tradition (in my head). As long as I am surrounded by mess and am thinking about tidying up, I will be able to convince myself that I have done something.Even though there'll be nothing to show for it :L So yeh, that is all...

Stupid Weigie weather

I really do not understand the Scottish weather system. I left the house this morning and it was nice and sunny, and pretty warm. Had my interview (which was ok, a bit weird the way they did it but still) then came out and it had been raining but was sunny again. Lovely, Lovely on the way home on the bus. I go into spar for literally 2 minutes and came out to rain pelting down but it was still warm, then I got half way up the road and it starts bleeding hail stoning! Even though it was still warm, ice falling out the sky but on a warm day? WTF? Really very random. So yeh, bumped into John and Michael on the bus, was a laugh. Need to get him his present soon, lol. Crate of Relentless :L Anyhoo need to go get ready for dancing.

Hee Hee Hee

Well this week has been somewhat eventful. Stayed over at Jane's on Monday night which was a riot! Randomly decided to go for a walk at 2 in the morning which was a pretty stupid idea now I think about it but the total randomness of it all made it really quite fun, sat at the school for a while before the demon cow freaked us out and made us go home. When we got in and were safe and sound away from aforementioned demon cow we had Supernoodles in front of Jerry Springer at 3am which, granted, was odd but fun at the same time. The weirdos on that programme. Didn't get to sleep until about 5.30am coz after JS we went upstairs and watched Snog, Marry, Avoid (one of the naffest programmes on T.V to be honest) which then led onto to actually playing Shag, Marry or Die with John via MSN. Really very random but hey! Town on Tuesday was goodly, attacked by the Benefit girls once again, although this time it wasn't quite a full frontal assault as it has been the last few, we actually got into the shop before getting plonked into a beauty chair. Oh! By the way, those are spinny chairs, just for future reference. I didn't know this and started to wobble all over the place before I actually got sitting. It was a pretty unsuccessful shopping day, not in money spent, just in number of purchases. I didn't get any clothes, really not a lot in town at the moment. In between seasons and what not. I got a couple of mascaras and foundation from Benefit though and got my mum some random body oil she wanted. Yey. Twas a goodly day though, Cheeesseeee :D Anyhoo, I'm off for an interview, will update you on that one later :)

Today

Had a wee laugh today. Got my kilt so I now have my entire highland outfit (yey!) and then went to a restaurant by the canal up near Twechar for lunch. It was niiceee. I had some grilled chicken thing with haggis. I HAD HAGGIS!!! But I kind of which I'd had what Dad had (chilli noodles) coz I tried some and it was amazing. We were all in a bit of a hyper mood, Mum couldn't control her laughter for some odd reason and Murray nearly drowned on his Coke. My room's getting worse by the minute, I lifted a box of clothes earlier on and it was like some cartoon thing, the bottom just collapsed and my clothes went everywhere so they're now piled ceiling high on my bed. Off to Jashen-berry's soon so that should be a laugh, going into town tomorrow looking for prom stuff shoes, hair stuff, bag etc. Might even get a new dress :P lol Anyhoosum, I'm offski :)

FreakyFest

For some strange reason I've found myself tuning into the ITV and Film4 horrors, watched Ghost Ship last night. It's not that scary, just a bit gory. And watched the Amityville horror on Monday night, that was creepy. Ended on a total anti-climax though, my guess is they ran out of money. Odd, really hee hee.

Bedroom Progress

I'm currently in the process of gutting my room in order to get in decorated. I think it's pretty safe to say that it's not going too well. 8 full boxes later and the place looks messier than it did when I started! :S hmm. The amount of Jane Norman carrier bags I've found, as well, is ridiculous! Check the state!!! ->

Finally, panic no-more :)

Freya's all happy, and is talking in third person which will probably get irritating very shortly and fizzle out in a sec. Yeh, it's gone :L Just back from getting my Highland stuff! Wooh hoo! Tis tres gorg, and very red. My kilt's on order but I got my jacket, blouse and hose :) They're all gorgeous, loves loves and the hoes are so comfy. I though they'd be right itchy but they're dead soft, so yeh. Got it all from a great wee place in Maryhill called TartanWeb (http://www.dancingthemes.co.uk/ or www.tartanweb.com) The woman was really nice and helpful and I'm tres pleased with my purchases. Highly recommend trying it if you ever need anything like that, they do loads of stuff not just dance wear. Me's happy :)

Gaaahhh!

I'm afraid I'm in one of those moods where everything is annoying. I had a fine(ish) day and then Mum came in and started moaning about the smell of spray paint coz I'd been touching up the paint on my dancing swords a full 6 hours previous! I can't do anything right, then Murray starts being an arse (nothing really new there) and shoved me as he walked past while telling me to shut up, I was like 'oh snap!' so I shoved him back, sibling rivalry and all that jazz. I don't even know why he told me to shut up. Oh! no I do, he bumped into a glass of red wine that I was holding so I told him to be careful. That was it, common sense'd tell him. So that wound me up even more on top of the whole mum moaning thing. Apparently putting a can of spray paint on a table is disrespectful to her home, wtf?! Yeh so I told him to wrap it and then I'm the one that gets shouted at, what's up with the justice system in this house? I was so frustrated I randomly launched the can of coke I was holding at the kitchen floor, didn't even realise I'd done it. So naturally it burst and fizzied everywhere. I probably sound like some weird psycho freak but I swear I'm not, just really wound up today. Grrumph, my room's a tip as well coz I'm in the process of boxing stuff up so I can decorate which means I can barely move for junk :S I want to sleeeeeep! But I can't be bothered. Also, I'm panicking about college, I've accepted 2 placement offers so I don't know which one I'm gonna turn down and I've still got 2 interviews to go so that's a potential 4 places I've to choose between. Holy feck, I'm slowly going insane :(

Friday Thing again :)

Woop, last night saw the return of the Friday Thing. Jane and myself had a good wee laugh. I feel like crap at the moment, got a headache and a sore stomach :( So I'm not chuffed. Got tickets to the October Green Day concert yesterday as well, yass. Wanna got to the Edinburgh Festival this year as well, also pissed coz T4 on the beach is sold out :( We're so going next year. I drove a car!

Eeee! I had my first driving lesson today. Scary stuff! Went up to Balmore Industrial Estate and drove around practicing moving off and parking. I only stalled once which was a miracle. Some git overtook me on a bend which was a twatty thing to do but hey. So yeh, I have officially been in charge of a car! Weird, so I have another lesson next week. It's groovy. So yeh, there's an update.

I felt the need to write a post

It is currently 25 minutes to midnight on a cold April night and I am on MSN with nothing in my head worth writing a post about but never the less here I am continuing to type. This may turn into something of interest, then again it may not. I vote for the latter. So, I'm on MSN, well Windows Live Messenger to be precise, but who really gives a hoot, talking to Jane one of my oldest and dearest friends. We don't really talk as such while on MSN, but we have excitable rants and chat about random stuff, for example right now focus is on the Edinburgh festival that we planned 10 minutes ago, so far we're there soaking up the sun whilst walking around admiring the hot guys with Saltire's painted on our faces :L I'm sure it'll get much MUCH better though lol. I have pins and needles in my foot :( OH! I don't literally have pins and needles stuck in my foot :S just the sensation due to a crap circulatory system :/ I guess that's not really a fortunate thing, hmm. Was teaching at the primary yesterday. Worst group EVER, who knew 6 year olds could be so uncooperative! Shocking :O I got another unconditional acceptance, this one's for North Glasgow although I think I've already written a post about that so you can just ignore the last sentence. Anyway, I'm desperately running out of things to talk about, I've written quite a lot considering this started off as a impulsive aimless rant about nothingness but hey hey that's the way it goes I guess :L Anyhoo shall see you later and I won't post until I have something decent to share.
