January 17th 2011...yes, 2011!

Ok so I'll start by saying Happy New year. Can't believe August was the last time I was on here! Jeeso.

So yeh there's been a few things going on. College is great although unbelievably stressful, was a bit anxious at firt about the new people coming in for second year purely because our NC group were all so close but they're all great. We're performing in GoDance next week at the Theatre Royal which will be an experience and a half. Should be really good fun but can't say I'm looking for ward to the six hour rehearsal on Thursday...eeek.

Biggest news is that I've completed my application for Camp America. Each year I come on here and bang on about how I'm gonna make sure that the summer will be an amazing one and then end up being bored senseless for the best part of 9 weeks. Naaaat this year (hopefully) coz I'll be jetting of to L'Amerique with a bit of luck. Got a recruitment fair in Edinburgh next week as well so hopefully I'll get placed there. August 5th '10

WOW! Haven't been on this for ages! Kinda forgot it existed tbh, May was my last post?! Seriously?! jeez. Anyhoos. Summer's been a bit pish if I'm honest. Good things; Summer School, St Andrew's, Bowling, Cinema, Apollo. Bad things; BOREDOM!!! It's not even funny how bored I've been : Got into HNC at college which on one hand is brilliant, so happy and can't wait to get back but on the other hand there's sooo many people I'm gonna miss. I loved our NC class, gonna be sad not to have it back :( what else is there to tell? ooh passed my driving test (yass) tres handy i must admit :L erm, doing gypsy at apollo...k this is shite. Thought i would post an update but this is more a list of stuff that's been going on which isn't really all that interesting. Soooooo, I'm out. Will write something when there's something to actually write about x

Finally!!!

Every Avenue are finally doing a headlining tour in GLW, woot! It's at the Catty but hey who cares, it'll be a good night despite the venue. 1st of June here we come then You Me @ Six again in December. Finally have something to look forward to again!!! Yasssssss

MAAAAAAAAAJOR Catch-up

After reading my last post over again I have realised I should really book tickets to something. Sooooo wanna go the the Leeds festival but I unfortunately my bank account will not allow it :( booo. The line-up is freaking amazing as well and I'm missing it. I will stay in that day and sob I think. On a more positive note Disco Inferno in 2 weeks!!!! Holy Hellllll!!! The show is DONE :D Just cleaning up now and doing run-throughs. I personally use this time to see how much dressing room madness we can fit in between scenes, haha :L Can't wait. Also I finalllllly got my webcam fixed :D it's been annoying me for ages so I phoned Dell on the day my warranty ran out and asked them nicely to fix it. It's all better now (woot). So yaaaaah. Not much else to tell I don't think. Will update ya'll when I have something exciting to talk about :)

Well today is Mother's Day : meh. But it is also the day where me and Jane will be attending one of the best gig's evvvaaaa. Going to see You Me At Six this evening and We The Kings and Forever The Sickest Kids are supporting, tis gonna be sooooo good. My memory card will not be big enough, I can soo tel. Think I'll take a back up haha. That is all (through lack of imagination this morning, I have nothing more to say)

EDIT: Last night was awesomness :) actually soooooo good. The crowd were nuts and the band were amazing. WTK + FTSK were awesome and YM@6 were brilliant. Loved it, it was a great night. Came home with all sorts in my hair and beer all down my top but it was totally worth it, can't wait for the next one o.O

ah! where'd i go?!

Ooh, weird. Just edited my wee 'about me' thing and now, lo-and-behold, my profile picture has disappeared! What?! I didn't even try and change it. Stupid phone internet. Must rectify this problem when I get home later. Roll on 1 o'clock I tell you, means I can have a nice wee sleep. Had a fabby 45 minute lie in today. I know in the regular world 45 minutes is a bit crap but in my 5.30 am world, 45 minutes is like a lifetime. Nearly missed the bus but it was the nice bus driver today so he stopped and waited on me while I bolted down main st to catch it. Thank you mr bus driver man :D so far, its been a not too bad day. See how long that lasts.

Where's the summer?!

I'm so sick of the cold right now. Can't wait for summer! Really feels like it's dragging in which I can't say I'm all that enamoured by but there's nothing I can do :| have already started planning le summer. I've decided to make as many trips to the beach as possible whether it be balloch or st andrews, I don't care, a beach is a beach. Also I want to go to T4 on the beach, said I'd go last year but the tickets were sold out :( boo. Wanted to go to T in the Park but that's not gonna happen. £170 for a no camping ticket?! I think not. I feel that, this year, spontaniety is the key to a successful summer. Campfires, BBQ's and going nuts with friends, that's what I'm talking about :) knowing my luck however it'll piss down for 2 months solid but I'm keeping my hopes up :) camp america can wait, I'll do that in a couple of years. Grad year, we hit warped tour! (Oh yass) and bounce about Florida. That gives me 4 years to save up, good times. I seem to have become quite the planner, let's see if I stick to it :L
