Well Done

Well me being a newbie to the world of GK I kinda fucked up my order. Made one order without realising I'd only selected 1 item (twit) so I emailed to see if I'd be able to get both tee's posted out under the same order number to avoid paying double postage. I got back the usual wee email saying "we'll reply within the next 48 hours" I was like yass, that's me screwed. But literally like 1 minute later I got a very helpful e-mail from a Mr Todd Ross. Very helpful man, so he managed to sort out my ickle kerfuffle. Thank you Mr Ross :) Just thought I'd write a post about it coz I mean how many times do you experience half decent customer services let alone bloomin' brilliant ones? Well Done guysies :)
